We consider it a privilege to serve you and your pets veterinary needs. Our mission statement states that "We will never be the reason any pet does not have the opportunity for the best veterinary care, medicine has to offer". This mission encompasses the entire scope of a pet's life, as well as the bond between the pet owner and pet. Our goal is that every client decision be an educated decision. We believe it is our ethical, moral, and professional duty to make the best medical recommendations for pets so that they have the best chance for a long, quality life.

Appointments are preferred to keep your waiting time to a minimum but walk-ins are welcome anytime. We also provide late appointments on an as needed basis. Although we strive to minimize waiting time, please understand that unexpected emergencies do arise. You are always welcome to drop of your pet off while you run errands.

Our veterinarians rotate emergency duty in the early evenings and utilize Rivergate Pet Emergency Clinic for late night emergencies that need all night monitoring/treatment. Simply call the clinic phone number to obtain the emergency number for that particular time.

We strive to provide "quality care" at affordable prices. It is truly amazing how reasonable veterinary fees are compared to human medicine, especially when one realizes that veterinary medicine uses the same drugs, supplies, and equipment as our human counter-parts. We encourage you to discuss fees before services are rendered and are happy to provide you an estimate of services needed. In order to meet all your pets veterinary needs by maintaining a well-equipped, well-stocked, and well-staffed animal hospital, all payments are due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, and Visa. For unexpected situations requiring extensive care, we can discuss a hold-check payment plan, after the appropriate deposit is paid at the time of services. We now offer and accept CareCredit. We can help you with the application process or you can apply online at www.carecredit.com
